The Group FreshBerries of the Uruguay is a Group of 10 farms of blueberries and other berries producers, located chiefly in the south of the country.
Through the CREA Technology, the Group has been efficient in reaching high technological levels of production based on an excellent method of management, assuring fresh fruit of excellent quality for internal and external markets.
The Group has 80 has of plantation, most of them in productive step.
Each Farm counts with its own specific machinery and tools, cold chain and qualify personnel to carry out all activities and work related to production and fruit collection. All the fruit, in bulk or packed, is transported from the grounds to our logistic center placed near by Montevideo city, where the fruit is packed or conditioned, exposed to 0° Celsius, put under quality control and stored until its delivery to internal market or exportation.
Our objective is to be able to supply the market in the complete fruit season, from October to December, even out of season (months of January and something of February) since we can have fruit conserved in camera.
We offer different varieties: O’Neal, Bluecrisp, Millennia, Misty, Duke, Brighitta, Blue Quinex and Revielle.
